Background
Guardianship does not end at the appointment. The court keeps watching, and so do we.
Jordan files guardianship petitions for adults and minors, appears at incapacity hearings, and prepares the inventories, plans, and annual accountings the court requires afterward.
A good portion of that work is contested. When family members disagree about who should serve, or whether a guardianship is needed at all, those disputes go through the same court as the petition.
He also works on probate litigation with the litigation group and handles emergency temporary petitions when someone is at immediate risk.
